I wanted to write about what a great experience I had with Todd and Lemon Tree Roofing. We had some wind damage to our aging roof and was referred to Lemon Tree Roofing by a family member. I reached out to Todd and explained my situation. He got back to me right away and assisted me through dealing with my insurance company and was there when they came to assess the damage. He spoke to the roofing appraiser that the insurance sent out to look at my roof. Once that was done Todd prepared a full color detailed proposal that clearly listed each option and the differences between them. They did not harass or pressure me but were always available to answer any questions. Once we decided on the options and shingle color, we were put on their schedule the very next week. A dumpster was scheduled and delivered the day before installation. On installation day, the crew showed on time and immediately got to work. They took precautions to prevent any damage to our house and backyard deck. It was amazing to watch how quickly they stripped off the old roof and began installing the new one. Once they were finished with the roof, they made sure there wasn’t any nails or trash left behind anywhere on my property. Honestly, if I had not seen them tear off n install the new roof, I would have never known that they were even there. So that said, I would totally recommend Todd and Lemon Tree Roofing for all your roofing needs.
Julie Biddle2024-10-11I’m not sure I can fully put into words how happy I am with the experience we had with Lemon Tree Roofing. This company (and owner) came highly recommended to us after posting on Facebook for roofing recommendations. We needed our entire roof replaced desperately, and I thought we would have to go broke doing it! Turns out- that’s not the case. Lemon Tree’s owner, Todd, worked closely with me on decisions and choosing the option that was best for us physically and financially. The quote we received was significantly lower than several other companies we had already spoken to. Todd always made sure I knew exactly what was going to happen and how the whole process would go. I feel we got a great deal for the price and the quality of work we received (and I tend to be very hard to please). He was able to get us in quickly due to our emergent need (we had so many leaks right in the middle of rainy season, UGH). I also always love knowing that when we choose a company for a big job such as this one, that we are supporting good people and a good family behind the scenes of the small business. This is that company!

Todd was at our house throughout the day to check on the work and drop off supplies for his team. Our home is over 100 years old, so thankfully we didn't run into any snags, but when we had options come up, everything was communicated to us and acted on quickly. We are super happy with the work and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend Lemon Tree Roofing if you are in the market! Google reviews are super important for small business, and I know it's hard to find who to trust, but I can honestly tell you this was our experience. Thanks again!!

He sent us one of the most professional proposals I have seen, which explained everything from the products he uses and the way he installs them. We were given three series of roofs we could to choose from. All estimates were very fair based on what we heard others were paying for their roofs. Once we made the decision, scheduling was a breeze and Todd's crew were on time and finished removing our old roof and installing the new in one day! Lemon Tree also added new gutters which have already proven to be installed perfectly. We have received many compliments from our neighbors on the appearance and the quality workmanship exhibited by the crew.
